Orders and Payment

By placing an order on our Site, you make an offer to purchase a Product subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Digital Products and Delivery

Many of our Products are delivered digitally (e.g., PDF downloads, database access). Upon successful payment, access to digital products will be provided as described on the product page. Physical products, where available, will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our digital information products, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
